I've made a quick https://github.com/dimpase/tt-fort/blob/master/.github/workflows/c-cpp.yml which builds and runs tests on ubuntu-latest with its default gfortran (9?) and openblas.

Will make a PR once the latest PR is in.

Perhaps @mkoeppe knows how to add more platforms to it - esp. Homebrew
