建议适配win10的触摸键盘输入 #16

在win10平板在触摸键盘下使用prime比较麻烦，键盘会挡住候选框，建议增加适配。 此外在使用prime途中不慎点了触摸键盘中的手写输入方式会导致当前程序卡死。

好建議，但是沒有平板，暫時不考慮添加。
