Update various aspects of schedule for consistency with agreed program

We should be cautious with changes to session IDs - if anyone creates their own custom schedule before finalisation, and we break the references, I think a puppy might die.

Looks good though, just pointing out that we should get this right soon, and then only change details like titles, rooms, presenters, etc.
