MkDocs has been configured, and the "About Us" information has been extracted from the OSGeo Nepal wiki page.

Some Suggestion and Enhancements from my side :

I have added auto deployment of docs through github actions , Now everytime there is change in doc it will be deployed and reflected to .io page
I have also installed several extensions such as dynamic navigation, fonts , github linking , search bar etc ! Checkout here
I have added dynamic nav reference instead of static so that people can simple add folder / . Md within dir and it will be mapped as new nav item in the page automatically
I have disabled readthe docs format and migrated to this new layout for easecase !
