What does this PR do ?

Update the budget estimation section of the community meet up event

Hi @subashtiwari1010, @kshitij-raj-sharma, @varun2948, @Pratichhya!

I heard that NGES is also planning for a physical meet up in Kathmandu around Jestha. I think someone from our team need to talk with Arun Dai.

Yes, If we got the fund we can have 2 meetups; one will be in Pokhara leaded by OSGeo Nepal and another will be in Kathmandu leaded by NGES. But I feel like we need to inform them. Please let me know your thoughts.

I just messaged Arun dai hai... Probably it is best to have a short meeting with NGES team and discuss about this and GeoSeries.
