It will be nice to describe that TR-069 PA cannot perform common exec operation over the DMT nodes.

Why "cannot" ? TR-069 PA can perform exec operation if the exec plugin exists. IMO, TR-069 PA "does not need to" perform exec operation.

The fix is confirmed. A new section 6.7.4 is introduced as a part of RFC-149.
