use fixed version of archetype plugin for project #193

Hi, thanks for the pull request.

This looks like a good start, but there are actually quite a few references in the microservice tutorial and the jpa tutorial as well.

I think that it would be good to correct all of the command line invocations, but perhaps the description of why we need to define the version of the archetype plugin would be better moved to a section in the archetypes page. That way it wouldn't need to be repeated, and it also wouldn't interrupt the flow of the tutorial quite so much.

What do you think?

I realized only a problem on the project archetype and the creation (+ reference) of its submodules. I didn't realize any problem on the other archetypes. So, I don't know if it make sense to change all the other references if there is no need.
