Create ongoing tasks UI in configurator app. #28

The configurator app needs UI and control code for running long running tasks (saving data, generating thumbnails, etc).

The UI should look like an expander on the bottom left side of the window that is always visible that displays whether or not when any tasks are running. When expanded it should list in a scrollable container of capped size the tasks with task specific titles and optional progress bar.
