Fill in General Settings Tab and Create General Settings Model

The General settings object should consist of the following:

Data path; to where assets and the other settings files will be stored.
- Will default to the user's AppData\Local\SheltonHTPC directory.
- This settings file will always be located in AppData\Local\SheltonHTPC directory.
- Should be JSON.
Whether or not the application will be started when the application is booted.

This means the general settings will technically be two files; one just for the path to the actual data path and the other one containing the general settings.

Other settings will become necessary in the future.

The General settings tab needs to be filled in with the following items:

A big splash of the application icon and a logo of some sort.
Fields for the two known general settings on the main tab.
A second tab for managing keyboard shortcuts (doesn't necessarily need to be fully filled in yet).
A third tab for tools (not quite sure what tools it may need yet beyond asset, database, and settings backup/restore).
