🐛👷 `npm run doc` sometimes causes a file watcher loop #5

This has to be investigated first as it's not yet clear what is the root cause here.

Haven't seen the issue again since e1a4915788756f68bd8bb045164d52a3cd5d1a20 - looks like @hrueger might have unwillingly fixed it. 👌
