Trigger plug-in API instead of Self Administration #221

We need to trigger a build of the API, because it depends on the connector. The plug-in API will trigger the Self Administration by itself.

I've already added the corresponding API token to the Connector's Circle CI configuration. The Self Administration's API token must be removed, after this has been merged.
