Hi - I'm trying to use this tool and just created a Google Maps API key to set this up but the site isn't working now. It says "The page can't load google maps correctly"

Same Problem here….. tried with Edge, Google Chrome, IE, and Firefox same with every browser...

You have to give your google maps api key. Go to configuration / My Google Maps API key Do not forget to do 'Save Settings' Reload (or exit the browser and restart it) to verify that you keys has been effectively saved: I just tried this on:

Also verify that you did not put a key restriction (request from a specific IP address, etc.) that would prevent using it.

I did this as you gave us a good manual on the Website, but it still won't work...

I would understand if this whould appear: Under certain circumstances, a darkened map, or 'negative' Street View image, watermarked with the text "for development purposes only", may be displayed. This behavior typically indicates issues with either an API key or billing. But in my case absolutly no map is visible as you can see in my screenshot…

I am wondering if your Google Maps API key let you use the directions services...

Can you check that there is not API restriction set for your key?

API restrictions

API restrictions specify the enabled APIs that this key can call Don't restrict key This key can call any API Restrict key

Also, please run command "Shift-Ctrl-J" from Chrome, there might be some meaningful information in the log.
