Develop a test harness for catching crashes

This project can be done for Windows or Linux.

• The simple version is attach Windbg/AppVerifier/gdb/Apport to the crashing process and log output.
• The hard version is writing a debugger to attach before or after a crash and do analysis.

The hard version of this project is very educational. This project is related to project #15.
