Incorrect hyperlinking for subcategories #5

Clicking on a link in the nav-menu to the left does not highlight the correct section of the nav-menu. ezgif-5-05c2ba3ea7

I think by upgrading the cinder version this was patched. Feel free to reopen if you see it again.
