Get prometheus-libvirt-exporter version from the binary #143

The version of prometheus-libvirt-exporter is currently set to Xena/Yoga/.. because the binary has no -version argument.

Implemented with version 2.3.2.

The parameter is there. But at least in the Zed image --version gives back an empty string.

This will never change. libvirt-exporter repository is archived. The PR that fixed the --version parameter was never released.
