Cherry in-button LED pads are too close to Futaba pad and (rarely) short #17

Options: 1) Specify testing for a short by manufacturer (as long as manufacturer design rules are met) 2) remove in-button LED from cherry, and mount LED in front of switch like the futaba. 3) slightly move the LED and switch pads to increase spacing.

Done. Moved futaba pads up 0.002" and cherry pads down 0.001" to open up clearance.
