fix the release workflow #87

Currently, the Release workflow is not working: https://github.com/osl-incubator/containers-sugar/actions/runs/6851828417/job/18629853094?pr=86

In order to fix that, we can get insights from makim project:

release workflow is working again .. not sure if that was something about the nodejs version .. but it is working again
