Description

Removes the unnecessary backend, as we are deploying in a docker container. Allows quicker development of new charts, as the implementation is not duplicated across frontend-backend files. Allows typescript typing on the frontend more easily through intellisense and eslint.

Reproduction steps

npm run dev and docker compose up --build
