feat: Docker Setup

Description

Sets up the basic Docker integration. The frontend and backend can be run within a single Docker container and interact with each other Uses vite to build and bundle the frontend, and run the server.

Reproduction steps

Sets to reproduce are in the Project README under 'Getting Started'
