Shapes for essential resources are missing from the core-shapes.html #506

https://oslc-op.github.io/oslc-specs/specs/core/core-shapes.html#resourceShapes is missing shapes for key resources like ServiceProvider and Service. I think we need to include them all on the page to be able to redirect to this document for the HTML fallback in conneg, e.g.

http://open-services.net/ns/core/shapes/3.0#ResponseInfoShape shall redirect to https://docs.oasis-open-projects.org/oslc-op/core/v3.0/ps01/core-shapes.html#ResponseInfoShape

Fixed in e0cf830 (#505)

On localhost, http://127.0.0.1:8081/specs/core/core-shapes.html#ResponseInfoShape should work, for example.
