Consider N3 Patch for TRS #566

Rationale:

  1. TRS Patch is quite bespoke and cannot be processed without a custom N-Triples parser to accept OSLC patch.
  2. Solid project has adopted N3 Patch, we should center around common approaches in a comparatively small Linked Data community.
