ReSpec vocabToSpec does not include subClassOf #613

In OSLC vocab files, such as CM and SysML, vocabulary terms may use refs:subClassOf to specialize other vocabulary terms. This subclass is not listed in the HTLM generated by the ReSpec vocabToSpec div sections.
