Suggestion: Testing Node.js #8

I would like to propose a testing all the Node.js things meetup.

I have a talk ready for how we build and test Node.js itself in the Node.js Build WG and I can also talk about our approach to testing Node.js microservices in the Norwegian Trekking Association.
