Adding a global Swedish GTFS collection

Hey @osm-ToniE,

We have a GTFS collection that covers all public transports in Sweden, from their about me

Trafiklab is a service developed and managed by Samtrafiken on behalf of the regional public transport authorities in Sweden.

I tried that but unfortunately, it requires to register, create an account and create an API key. Open Data != Open Data if you have to register.

I tried that just for curiosity but failed to download GTFS data.

In PTNA, I don't want to register and maintain tons of accounts and API keys to access (so called) Open Data.

However, for Austria (AT-*) I have an agreement in this case with the Austrian Community:

they registered
they maintain username and password
they created an API key
they sent me the API key
- which I will NOT store in GitHub or on the analysis server, I store that on my local PC only
- the API key is only necessary to finally download the GTFS zip file (wget -O ... ...)
- the API key is NOT necessary to check the "last modified" value of the data (curl -sI ...)
- i.e. if I want to check whether there is updated data or not

These are the conditions under which I can support GTFS in PTNA.

Thanks! I've reached out to TrafikLab as well to hear what they can offer. Lets keep the issue open for now
