Errors: show also 'name' for Ways and Nodes #15

When printing errors for nodes and ways, not only show ID and the links to iD adn JOSM, ... but also the name of the street, bus-stop, platform - if 'name' is set and makes sense for the particular type of error.

More easy: pass undef, 'name;ref', 'name' or 'ref' as 2nd parameter to the printXxxTemplate() functions and they can do the job.

Done, and 1st parameter if the ID of the object and vie this, all other information can be retrieved.
