First step towards realizing issue #45.

Move data to /osm/ptna/www/results/... on host everets.opnestreetmap.de via sftp Accessible then via

Use WEB_URL == https://ptna.openstreetmap.de/ Use WEB_LOC == results/DE/ - depending on PREFIX (letters until first '-') Use TARGET_HOST == toni@everets.opnestreetmap.de Use TARGET_LOC == /osm/ptna/www/results/DE/ - depending on PREFIX (letters until first '-')
