Member of route/route_master: error if "amenity=bus_station" on node/way/relation #56

Bus-Stations are not defined to be part of a route or route_master with PTv2

extend this to a list of key/value pairs which we would never like to see on any member of a route relation

This is very time consuming if done on a per PTv2 relations basis

Should be done only once for each stop_position and platform
