Rework complete section for checking the 'name' into a separate function, including:

• ref
• ref:*
• from
• to
• via

with --check-name-relaxed set or not

No 'via'

• $name =~ m/(.*):\s{0,1}(.*?)\s{0,1}=>\s{0,1}(.*)$/

With 'via'

• $name =~ m/(.*):\s{0,1}(.*?)\s{0,1}=>\s{0,1}(.*)\s{0,1}=>\s{0,1}(.*)$/
• @via_list = split( “\s{0,1}=>\s{0,1}”, $3 );
