currently ptna-network.sh -c deletes all temporary files and the downloaded XML file

ptna-network.sh -c shall delete only the temporary files ptna-network.sh -C shall delete the downloaded XML file

ptna-cronjob.sh shall call ptna-all-networks.sh -cC to clean all data but

On Saturday morning, the downloaded XML data shall not be deleted

ptna-cronjob.sh shall call ptna-all-networks.sh -c to clean only temporary data

use Sunday instead of Saturday
