check gtfs:* information in relations against each other and against SQLite DB

• gtfs:route_id must be same for all members of route-master and also fit to route-master

• gtfs:trip_id must be unique for members of route-master

• gtfs:* should be checked against SQLite DB: do they exist?

• gtfs:route_id should be a route of gtfs:agency_id
• gtfs:trip_id and gtfs:trip_id:sample should be trips of gtfs:route_id
