incorrect use of railway=crossing instead of railway=level_crossing #1216

https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1237050255 is a shared node between a rail and a road for vehicle. warn if the shared node isn't a railway=level_crossing PS: josm already have the warning but I didn't see it in osmose

Osmose does not support JOSM MapCSS rule on multiple osm objets
