The proposed data from https://data.datatourisme.gouv.fr are not classified (or insufficiently).

Example: the rule propose "tourism=information", "information=office" for french "Chambre d'Hôtes", while it should be "tourism=guest_house", "guest_house=bed_and_breakfast". corresponding page of data for the example: https://data.datatourisme.gouv.fr/49/bded4ae4-77cc-323e-8d23-22895fdc2569

It is not miss classified. This location also include :LocalTouristOffice.
