Enable configuration of db access with env variables #281

Hello,

J'ai un peu modifié modules/utils.py afin de pouvoir configurer l'accès à la db via des variables d'environnement (pas de modif du comportement si pas ce genre de variables). Qu'en dis tu ?

Aussi je ne vois pas où mettre ça dans la doc (si il faut).
