JOSM links for items 8xxx seem broken #344

Bonjour,

If I click on the "fix-josm" link on an item of this family, the information is not passed to JOSM. example here : http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/fr/map/#zoom=10&lat=44.0036&lon=1.376&item=8020&level=1%2C2%2C3&issue_uuid=70551886-7622-3911-6ca0-842c0f27ba12 or here : http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/fr/map/#zoom=10&lat=44.0036&lon=1.376&item=8030&level=1%2C2%2C3&issue_uuid=a7f9511f-26b3-6bf8-e091-c005b7bfc5e3

All work fine on my side.

Please can you recheck or give more details.

Now, it's working. It was not working during 24h, even after having restarted everything. I don't know what happened.
