Hello,

The databases of the French Ministry of Culture are now gathered on a platform called POP (Plateforme Ouverte du Patrimoine) And the records are accessible via a link such as https://www.pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/merimee/ (for historic monuments). For example: https://www.pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/merimee/PA00100233

Maybe there is an update to do in the tooltip?
