@planemad I'd love to contribute back a few changes made while launching U-Flood. Some of the ideas we discussed are taking form in a separate repo, but I think we could do the following pretty easily

Upgrade Mapbox GL JS to 0.15.0 (fixed bugs I observed on mobile)
Refactor a little to addres #23
Include Python snapshot script
