Helpline Numbers #9

Can we add each and every areas helpline numbers in this map?

@planemad I think its not there. I am trying to mark in OSM. Also its latest Relief Center. It would be good if we are able to mark this center as well. http://www.chennaicorporation.gov.in/about-chennai-corporation/Relief_centre.pdf

Can you please add this centres in flood-map?
