http://openstreetmap.in/ is still down. Considering this is the OSM site where we show the full India boundaries, its important that we keep it accessible. The github hosted version on http://osm-in.github.io/openstreetmap.in/ is still working.

Theres two open questions: 1) Why is the http://openstreetmap.in/ down considering there was no code changes or deploys? 2) How to fix it? Can we just point to http://osm-in.github.io/openstreetmap.in/ for a quick fix? Theres also https://github.com/osm-in/openstreetmap.in/issues/39
