Andi, It'll probably be really useful for you to use the Projects link above to make a project for your masters thesis. (Maybe even 2 projects: one for thesis; one for pakcage?). You can then add and allocate issues to each of us to give a more structured overview of what needs to be done. I'd suggest making separate TODO columns for each of us. Also likely good for you to see how useful git projects can be. You can also think about how to allocate the time between now and your end goal and set a milestone for that which can also become part of the project.
