Updated some information including the name (it seems that there is a consensus to call this building "Old Boroughmuir High School" so I used it), the address, etc. -- see https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/61907475

I don't close this issue as it will likely require further updates.

Looks good - I had wondered about changing the name yesterday.

My thinking on issues like this is to use the milestone to track when to review. So I've set this to review this by the end of 2019. (and then probably bump to review 2020....)
