NaPTAN taxi import #65

Came across some amenity=taxi nodes in strange positions, like this one in the middle of a building: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/502534781 and others which didn't look like taxi ranks on Bing/Mapillary: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/502534772

These were all imported 12 years ago from NaPTAN and I'm guessing most of the 32 nodes probably haven't been verified since. Obviously it would be good to get rid of the ones which aren't actually there on the ground, and import any which are missing.

I've extracted the taxi ranks from the NaPTAN csv file and loaded it into JOSM (67 of them) and conflated them with the 74 amenity=taxi nodes from OSM. There some overlaps, some conflicting names/landmark tags, some in NaPTAN marked "status=del" which are in OSM and others which look like they could be added to OSM despite that status!

Wondering what the best to merge and check the data is?

There's also a list from the council dated 2012: https://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/file/24512/licensed-taxi-stances-in-edinburgh

Attached the .csv file, you can use it in JOSM with the OpenData plugin: taxiranks.csv
