I downloaded Komoot but it didn't show on the map, maybe it's a hiking map premium download or something. Sent him a tweet and DM from OSMScotland but no reply yet.
Do we think this is a good idea, and if so can it be done with more local authorities? (or would copyright be an issue). If not then what's the best way of getting core paths into OSM - marking the individual ways as designation=core_path, with associated access and surface tags?

It would seem to be this relation https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/11240340 which groups together all the core paths in East Lothian
