Better ordering for places according to their object type. #280

If you search for "Alunorf" you get 4 "small" amenity=parking areas and at the fifth position the huge landuse=industrial + man_made=works IMO you should get an object with landuse=industrial or man_made=works with a higher priority. This is valid also if the works is tagged as a node only.

I'd like to see a general solution for this where secondary ordering via place type is automatically computed from the importance of objects we have from the wikipedia data. Needs some experimenting what the best metric would be here.
