What result did you expect?

I'd argue 'Yorkshire' (result 3) should be the top result.

Further details

Seems to have changed between Nominatim 4.3 and 4.4.

Traditional vs ceremonial counties are weird in the UK.

Adding wikipedia,wikidata to 'Yorkshire' helped.
