Comma-delimiter and UNIX line endings are used in the current file.

@mtmail or did we discuss something about changing the format? I'm not sure.

@lonvia Not sure either. I think you said the importer (the code is older than the importer afaik) will understand both separators.

There is now an updated version of the postcode file derived from the TIGER 2021 data on nominatim.org, and also already in use on the production servers. Contains about 600 postcodes less. Spot-checking indicates that those were typos and/or PO boxes.
