apply errorHandler() in the xappy.js

every time we log an error, we should send it through the errorHandler() as well; it takes care of writing an adequate response to the client using http code and message

where is this code done? I remeber seeing it once, but now it is gone. I think there was also lot of coding in other modules to prepare for this? Is this code commited?

Edit: Must be redone anyway, seems xappy.js changed.
