optional parameters in rowparser #84

Todo from rowToNode //TODO some values are optional e.g. version e3edec446e22f8bce603 what should be done about this. is this relevant?

I don't wont to work on this ticket ;)

Our implementation could work on different database schema. Sometimes you don't need version, time attributes and you could think of a simpler database schema. If we want to support simpler database schema we should implement this in the row parser as well as in the querybuilders. I think this is a very low priority task!
