old branches #90

there are two old branches in the repo

libxml and new-main

what is the status on these branches. libxml hasn't been used in month, new-main does not seem to be too active.

Are they relevant?

I think they are obsolete and we can remove them.

new-main was merged long time ago -> i removed the branch
