We are an intergalactic project and we should translate the wiki pages to a more intergalactic language like English.

all documents relevant to the project should be in the git repo in /doc.

i would propose that we move all relevant pages from the wiki to the repo to have them in one place

Proposal

move Basic Rules & Guidelines to Readme.md
merge BootstrapWindows to doc/requirement-node-npm-installation.md (or delete it)
move coding style to doc ( or put a link to the google conventions into the readme) ...

What do you think?

i'm not sure whether you both discuss the same issue :) to me booo's proposal sounds more like "let's translate all wiki pages into klingonish" ... und alle so yeaah

wasn't the same subject, but all wiki pages are in the doc directory, anyways ;)
