Actual and expected routes

OsmAnd tries to calculate a route, but after about 1 to 2 minutes, the App crashes. In the past, sometimes routes were calculated, but often the App crashed too. I thought that maybe my tour (the distance) was too long, but it also crashes with shorter distances like this one reported here (the final route should be around 80 km). OsmAnd crashes both on my iPhone and iPad Yes, the previous version in which this bug was not present was: .... Anything else relevant? I am connected to WiFi network at home. No issues with my network (I use it daily for my iPhone, iPad, laptop, printer...)

Hello! I have tested the route, I don't have any crashes in the latest Testflight builds. Please try to install TestFlight https://testflight.apple.com/join/7poGNCKy and check if the crash will be reproduced photo_2021-01-22 13 04 48

I noticed that I did not have the latest map version for Belgium on my iPhone. I have updated to map version 01/01/2021, 01:00 and now the route is calculated without problem! (and it only takes a few seconds). Then I checked on my iPad after making sure I have the latest update of the maps (Belgium and Hauts-de-France). Also on my iPad the route is calculated without problems!

Could it be that the problem I had was related to different version updates of the maps used for my route (in this case Belgium and Hauts-de-France)? It would be nice to get a warning if there are new versions of installed maps, as soon as we open the App. I believe now we can only see if there are updates if we manually go to Maps&Resources?

I have installed the TESTFLIGHT App, and clicked on the link in your mail. Then I receive a message (see attached). For the moment, I pressed CANCEL. Would you still like me to INSTALL this new 'test version'? I'm waiting for your reply before doing anything now. IMG_6291

I have the same issue. From time to time, especially in own edited profile with edited maps the app crash at the beginning of calculation the route. how nice it is if you do this on the road in holiday. all your work....lost. the head begin to explode

crashes better report in ios with descrptions, we also review them there.

I clicked the link for "TestFlight" and calculated the same route again (same start and destination). The route was now calculated without problem!

We're preparing huge fix for route calculation in IOS, so the app will be more resilient.
